What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical & Regulatory Process Manager position at Lincare?
The Clinical/Regulatory Process Manager will be responsible for monitoring all company licensed professional's healthcare license(s), monitoring ventilator equipment inventory system tracking and conducting proactive and reactive desktop audits that includes but is not limited to patient chart reviews. Reports plan of actions for audits found to be out of compliance with policies.
- Provides statistics/reporting to the National Healthcare Services Manager monthly.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
