What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer, Service Rep position at Lincare?
- Train new service representatives throughout the Region
- Assist in coverage for understaffed centers throughout the region as needed
- Train service representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and all other job duties
- Assist understaffed locations by fulfilling the Service Representative position duties
- Complete thorough and accurate location reviews and vehicle inspections
- Assist in the development of processes and practices to improve regulatory compliance, safety, safe driving practices, efficiency, and all other center or employee needs
