Job Description
Position Pay: $11hr. plus tips
Hours: Combination of shifts, early AM, Mid and PM shifts based on business
Weekend coverage is needed consistently: If you are looking for weekends off, this is not the job for you
Reports to: Director of Outlets
Location: Allegria Hotel – 80 West Broadway, Long Beach NY 11561
Busser responsibilities include
- Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
- Check in with guests and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Set up tables and stations
- Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment'

- 0-4 Years = Up to 80 hours

- You can roll-over up to 80 hours of PTO each calendar year
