This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. What you’ll do
- Accountable for driving executive decision making and influencing officers, fellow directors, managers, and third parties
- Support senior leaders by providing HR advice, counsel, and decisions
- Independently creates vision and sets direction for team
- Provide guidance to their teams and sub-teams inclusive of development, performance, hiring, and translating strategic and tactical business plans into meaningful initiatives and actions
- Identify continuous process, policy, and training improvements and is a steward for efficiency within the enterprise
- 7 years of experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders and business partners
- 7 years of experience in human resources, employee relations or talent management
- 2 years of indirect or direct leadership experience
- Proven experience building and sustaining relationships with senior leadership
