Hours: Day Shift 6 AM to 6 PM and Nigh Shift 6 PM to 6 AM

Training
- On the job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience
What do we ask from you?
Requirements
- Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment
- Effective communication with coworkers and residents
- Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care
Job Duties
- Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
- Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
- Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
- Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
- Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
- Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
Skilled nursing facilities provide care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care
