Hello, Lincoln County Care Center in Shoshone, ID is actively looking to hire a full time (30 hours a week) Human Resources Specialist / AP Clerk.

Job Description :
Provide on-site HR support to employees :
Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork :
Including background checks
Ensuring all new hires attend New Hire Orientation
Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting
Ensuring required annual / semiannual trainings are being held and tracked
Assisting with disciplinary action
Data Integrity :
Keeping a complete and accurate employee list
Correcting missed punches
Ensuring PTO requests are in
Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll
Insurance :
Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires
Assist employees with enrolling through iSolved
Answer basic questions regarding the plans
Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed
Termination process
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years' human resources or customer service experience prefered
