What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ranch Hand position at Lincoln County Farm?
Duties:
- Cattle feeding, calving, treating sick and injured livestock, vaccinations and weaning.
- Tractor and equipment operation and maintenance.
- Routine labor including barn cleaning, fence painting, mowing and weed-eating and fence row clearing.
- Hay harvesting - cutting, raking, loading, stacking round bales.
- Pasture spraying, fertilizer and herbicide application.
- Fence repair and construction.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have livestock experience.
- Must be able to operate and maintain tractors and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to work independently without close supervision.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Job Information:
- Must have 3 years of livestock experience to be considered.
- Pay depends on qualifications
- Higher pay for experience with starting horses.
- Higher pay if able to weld.

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per week
