We are looking for passionate and reliable people who want to make a difference for the members of our community. The person in this role will be a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) that will provide management level services to clients involved in behavioral health treatment with a focus specifically on Adult Clients.Wage depends on experience and which level the applicant is qualified for : CASE MANAGER 1 : $21.56 - $28.99 CASE MANAGER 2 : $25.14 - $33.78 Benefits Include (both levels) : Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage.11% County Contribution into 401(k).Fully Funded Health Savings Account.$40,000 County Paid Life Insurance.Employee Assistance Programs.Lincoln County Behavioral Health on Lee Street Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities Assisting with referrals to assure that clients get access to needed resources.Working to identify clients' care by assessing treatment needs; developing, monitoring, and evaluating the service plan and progress. Helping to admit new clients into the Adult Client Team for services by reviewing requests, applications for service, and in house referrals. Assisting with groups, individual skills training, and community outreach. Typical Qualifications Depending on experience and qualifications, we are looking to fill either a Case Manager 1 (CM1) or Case Manager 2 (CM2) position. See below for the breakdown of requirements for both positions. Case Manager 1 is considered an entry level position. Minimum Education Level CM1 : High School Diploma / GED CM2 : Bachelor's in behavioral health field Minimum Experience Level CM1 : 2-3 years clinical / treatment experience in the behavioral health field. Must meet requirements for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) within six months of hire. CM2 : Must meet minimal qualifications for a certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) at time of hire. Certifications CM1 & CM2 : Must complete Tier 1 online core competencies within 30 days of hire and Tier 2 trainings within 90 days of hire. Must complete an Assessment Matrix, demonstrating a combined 3 years of Education / Work Experience. Driver's License CM1 & CM2 : Oregon Driver's License required (must obtain within 30 days of appointment) Other Licenses CM1 & CM2 : Currently hold or able to obtain within six months of hire : Qualified Medical Health Associate (QMHA) certification through MHACBO.
