Floor Crew (multiple positions)

June 3, 2025 – July 18, 2025 – Temporary, NO BENEFITS

• High School:  4 positions, 36 hours per week
• Middle School:  4 positions, 32 hours per week
• Elementary School:   13 positions, 20 hours per week

         (these positions can be assigned to two schools; 20 hours per school; 40 hours per week, some travel required)

Reports To:
Chief Operations Officer

Salary / FLSA:  Non-Exempt

$15 per hour
(regardless of years of experience in this area or other related areas)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Relevant work experience regarding floor care
• Knowledge of floor cleaning machinery:  side-by-sides and floor buffer
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and how to mop, strip floors of wax, scrub floors, and wax floors
• Knowledge of buffing floors if/when needed
• Must be able to perform very heavy work exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to lift objects
• Other duties as assigned
