EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Clinical Supervision: Meet with assigned supervisees as assigned.Develop individualized learning objectives for supervisees to provide the structure and framework for learning how to apply knowledge, theory, and procedures to solve human problems. Discuss topics that integrate counseling/case management principles, theories, and best practices.Dispense feedback, give constructive criticism, and provide formative and summative evaluation to supervisees.Complete and submit supervision logs, according to program standards.Provide Program Manager with regular summaries of supervisee progress towards goals for performance evaluations. Individual and Group Counseling: Provide professional, evidence based, therapeutic interventions (counseling plus care coordination) to an assigned caseload.Apply “the Golden Thread” principles in documenting services provideComplete services documentation, according to agency’s documentation policy.Meet agency established productivity standards.Other program/division supportive activities: Attend and participate in assigned program, division, community meetings, providing reports and information back to the program staff as indicated or assigned.Complete program administrative tasks: documentation, training as approved by manager, review of supervisee documentation, and observation of supervisee work.Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport
