MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Level
Associates and/or Professional Certification
Specifics: Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum Experience Level
Two- Three years
Specifics: Three years of nursing experience.
Substitution Note: Practicums in Nursing programs and lived experience may substitute for years of experience.
Driver’s License
Oregon Driver's License required

Specifics: Must possess a valid license to practice in the State of Oregon as a Registered Professional Nurse as defined by statutes or administrative rules, which include but are not limited to ORS 678.010 to 678.360 at the time of appointment. The employee is required to maintain current and active licensures and certifications, as applicable, and to provide the appropriate verifications at the time of renewals
Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing with one year of nursing experience, preferably in a primary care position. Bilingual and/or bicultural competencies for the Latino population are preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Job Conditions: Normal working hours. Exposure to a potentially hazardous conditions due to frequent drawing of blood.
Work Location: Lincoln County
Travel: This position also requires an insurable driving record and a valid Oregon driver’s license within 30 days of appointment. Some driving for position may be required.
