What are the responsibilities and job description for the Developmental Disabilities Service Coordinator position at Lincoln County?
The Developmental Disabilities division of Lincoln County's HHS department is looking to add a member to their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving our community and some of our most vulnerable neighbors.
The person in this role will provide case management services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families using person centered practices. This position may be assigned other duties and responsibilities as it relates to the Developmental Disabilities program and services.

Minimum Education Level
Bachelors Degree
Specifics: In behavioral science, social science or a closely related field.
Minimum Experience Level
One year experience in a related human services field.
Substitution Note: A bachelor’s degree in any field and one year of human services related experience; An associate’s degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field and two years of human services related experience; or three years of human services related experience.
Certifications
None required
Driver’s License
Oregon Driver's License required within 30 days of hire.
Desirable Qualifications: Bilingual and/or bicultural competencies for Latino population.
Knowledge of:
- Applicable Oregon Administrative Rules.
- The public service system for developmental disabilities.
- Person centered practices necessary to effectively work with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
