Executive Assistant Full-Time (40 hr/week)

Lincoln County is seeking qualified candidates for the position of full-time Executive Assistant in the Administrative Office. This position provides support to a team that manages the business of County government.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of progressively-responsible work experience in an office setting, with government experience a plus
- Proficient in the use of modern software programs, including MS 365, Zoom and website editing
- Organization, prioritization, and time management skills in order to meet frequent deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including document preparation and proofreading
- Excellent people skills collaborating with colleagues, elected officials, and the general public
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems independently
