We are currently seeking a Contractor Sales Specialist to join our Palmer Lumber team. As a Contractor Sales Specialist, your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, building relationships and starting new client relationships to generate sales, maintaining existing client relationships, estimating quantities of all types of building materials from customer blueprints, building estimates and orders at POS, and managing leads, accounts, and sales in the CRM,

- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Understanding of building plans and the construction process
- Clear written and verbal communication in person and over the phone
- Independently motivated with proven time-management skills
- Solid organization skills and attention to detail

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Robust computer skills with adaptability to learn new programs
- Project planning or equivalent education/experience

- Possess a valid in-state driver's license
