We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Bozarth Sales. As an Outside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, promoting our sales program to contractors and business owners, building client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, building estimates and orders at POS, managing leads, accounts, and sales, and monitoring the competition's pricing, product assortment, service fees and marketing efforts to ensure that Bozarth's sales department remains competitive.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field/ or equivalent professional experience
- Professional with a high level of integrity, empathy, and self-control
- Independently motivated with proven time management skills
- Strong analytical mind for problem-solving
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service
- Forklift Certification

- Understanding of building plans and construction processes
