What are the responsibilities and job description for the President position at Lincoln Crude Oil Marketing, LLC?
Lincoln Crude Oil Marketing, LLC, is a first purchaser of crude oil in the Illinois Basin. The duties of the President of Lincoln include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Perform all duties of management usually vested in the chief executive of a company in the business of purchasing, selling and marketing crude oil.
· Provide general supervision and direction of Lincoln, its operations and its officers, agents and employees.
· Manage and oversee operator relations, including the purchase of crude oil from lease operators and other sources, operator contract pricing and negotiations, and run ticket processing.
· Maintain a visible presence in the Illinois Basin, including, but not limited to, trade shows, industry gatherings, and general operator contacts.
· Arrange and facilitate the marketing and sale of crude oil, including the negotiation of purchase contracts for the sale of crude oil to third parties.
· Manage and oversee the division order department of Lincoln.
· Manage and oversee Lincoln finances and budget, including invoice approval, payroll, and bank relations.
· Manage and oversee Lincoln personnel matters and supervision of employees, including all human resources programs, insurance and retirement benefits.
· Oversee compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
· Serve as the primary liaison to Lincoln’s Board of Managers, with responsibility for facilitation of the meetings and actions of the Board.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Demonstrated executive and management experience is preferred.
· Knowledge of oil and gas industry is preferred.
· Knowledge of real estate title matters is preferred.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Knowledge of basic financial management and financial data reporting.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
