Job Title: CNC Operator – 2nd Shift

Training Schedule:
All new hires will undergo training during the first shift (6:00 AM—2:30 PM) for a maximum of three weeks before transitioning to their assigned second-shift schedule.
Regular Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Position Summary
Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator to join its dynamic team. This role is available immediately and provides a significant growth opportunity for the right candidate.
It is a full-time, non-exempt position, and the candidate will report directly to the Shift Team Lead and Fabrication Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricate a wide variety of metal parts using shear, brake, punch, and bending equipment.
- Operate a variety of small powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Collaborate with welders, fabricators, powder coaters, and assemblers to meet production goals.
- Build equipment with a focus on reliability and efficiency under tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records, track work status, and manage supply inventory.
- Interface effectively with quality assurance, supply chain, engineering, and assembly departments.
- Engage in individual and team-based continuous improvement activities.
- Display flexibility to perform work in other areas as required and cross-train within the department on various operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
Skills, Requirements, and Specifications
- 3-5 years of experience fabricating metal parts (steel, copper, aluminum) using shear, punch, and bending equipment in an industrial setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, bills of material (BOMs), schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine assembly methods and sequences.
- Proficient in troubleshooting parts, subassemblies, and assemblies.
- Experience working independently or as part of a team as needed.
- Skilled in using hand tools and measuring devices.
- Energetic, self-starter, and dependable.
- Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electronic equipment.
Education and Certifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Trade school graduate is a plus.
- Fork Truck certification is a plus.
- Crane operation certification is a plus
Work Environment:
- Loud environment: hearing protection required.
- Standing for most of the shift.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
