Job Summary:
Lincoln Electric Product Co. Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead inventory control, material flow, and warehouse organization. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient stock movement, and seamless material handover to shop departments while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement a robust inventory management system that optimizes warehouse operations, reduces waste, and ensures materials are properly tracked, stored, and distributed. This position requires strong leadership, expertise in inventory best practices, and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
The Warehouse & Inventory Manager will work closely with logistics, procurement, and production teams to prevent stock shortages, optimize inventory turnover, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
This full-time, exempt position reports directly to senior management and requires a hands-on approach to overseeing warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock tracking and efficient material flow.
- Oversee inventory control processes, cycle counts, and full inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, stock aging, and obsolescence, implementing solutions for optimization.
- Supervise inbound shipments, ensuring proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials to departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for materials handed over to shop departments.
- Ensure proper labeling, bin location tracking, and warehouse organization to improve retrieval efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and missing stock issues proactively.
- Design and implement warehouse layout optimization to improve storage capacity, workflow efficiency, and accessibility.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) strategies to maintain material integrity
- Identify and implement warehouse automation solutions, such as barcoding and RFID, to enhance inventory control.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring high productivity and adherence to best practices.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and warehouse safety guidelines.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
- Enforce attendance, productivity, and compliance policies, implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Work closely with logistics, procurement, and production teams to prevent stock shortages and ensure timely material flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate with shop department managers to ensure timely material handover and minimize production delays.
- Assist in other areas as needed to support overall company operations and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 YEARS of experience in a warehouse/logistic environment.
- 3 years of experience managing a warehouse team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Experience implementing warehouse automation (e.g., barcoding, RFID)
