Summary : Lincoln Electric is hiring for our Finance & Accounting Development Program.This is an outstanding entry level position that will expose a recent college graduate tovarious processes within the Corporate Accounting & Finance function. Members of theFinance & Accounting Development Program will rotate over a two-year period in a variety offunctional areas, including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Cost Accounting,Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Development, etc. They will also assist in Corporate Accounting / Finance projects and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports and presentations.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze the cost of producing the organization's products and services, as well ascapital budget requests.
- Assist with physical inventories for division and subsidiaries.
- Assist with preparation of SEC financial statement filings.
- Assist with the integration of acquired businesses, including physical inventories, managementreporting, development of control structure, etc.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
