Job Responsibilities

• Service Program Development : Develop and implement the service program for the EV Charger product line, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective
• Process Communication : Clearly communicate service processes and offerings to the sales team and other internal stakeholders
• Customer Support : Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries related to the EV charger service contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Act as subject matter expert in the EV
• Third-Party Management : Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring they meet our standards and expectations.
• Sales and Marketing Assistance : Assist with sales and marketing efforts related to the service contracts, providing necessary information and support to drive sales
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service-related activities, contracts, and communications and provide feedback to our engineering teams
• Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
• Compliance : Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and industry regulations
