Shifts run Monday through Thursday, 10 hours, with overtime opportunities on Friday. 1st shift starts at 6 : 00am and ends at 4 : 30pm. Summary of the Position
Process orders for production efficiently and accurately by performing the following duties.
Key Deliverables
Works safely and supports safety within their team across the organization. This position requires close attention to detail. This position also requires you to disassemble products as per specifications for brazing and then reassembled for testing. Painting and packing products as needed.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions - 95%
- Assembly and disassembly of ball valves
- Complete simple assemblies
- Paint Parts
- Must maintain a low internal and external rejection rate by inspecting all work
- Accurate reading of measurements
- Produce quality products while maintaining customer and production standards
- Supports the team as needed throughout production and with employee needs
- Perform any other job responsibilities directed by management as business dictates
Safety Training, Team Meetings & Lean concepts – 5%
Education and / or Experience
Preferred - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Key Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualities Required
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to read measuring scales, tape measure, micrometers, and calipers. Ability to apply concepts of basic math including angels.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
