Summary
Lincoln Electric has a unique opportunity for an experienced Engineer or Technologist who will develop, organize and conduct training programs for welding educators, end-user customers, technical sales representatives and technical sales trainees. You will play a key role in demonstrating skilled and safe demonstrations of welding processes, equipment and consumable products.

What You Will Do
- Plan, develop and organize training programs and materials with emphasis on partner schools.
- Conduct professional multimedia presentations and lectures on welding safety, processes, equipment, consumables, software, environmental systems and their application.
- Present skilled and safe demonstrations of welding processes, equipment and consumables.
- Conduct product knowledge presentations.
- Prepare classrooms, multimedia projection equipment, labs and demonstration equipment prior to training programs.
- Irregular work schedule is required including occasional weekends.
- Attendance at graduation dinners after normal working hours.
- Customer visits while doing off-site training programs.
- Initiate and participate in continuing education training on new products and software applications (i.e. Office 365, Power Wave Manager, etc.).
- Prepare and update training materials, itineraries and equipment used in training programs to reflect the latest in equipment, consumables and technology.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company overarching strategy.
- Contribute as subject matter expert in curriculum development efforts and other as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Technology preferred, with 3 years experience in a teaching capacity
