Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in navigating the mortgage application process from start to finish.
- Evaluate and recommend loan products that align with clients’ financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals and referral sources.
- Utilize our technology to manage and streamline loan processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting procedures, and industry guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with mortgage software and technology platforms.
