What you'll be doing
Model Conversion
- Convert pre-PBR stat reserve models from MG-Triton to Integrate
- Develop and refine independent model validation tools, suitable for reasonableness review and audit of actuarial models and reserve calculations
- Explain differences in results between modeling software systems
- Rigorously test models for accuracy and reliability
- Partner effectively with stakeholders including Valuation production teams, Valuation Qualified Actuary, and the Appointed Actuary to understand pre- and post-model data needs
Model Transformation
- Recommend and implement solutions to streamline valuation and financial projection processes
- Collaborate across teams to enhance accuracy of projections
- Provide guidance on structure of actuarial models, including inputs and outputs
Documentation
- Maintain robust conversion and model enhancement documentation
- Collaborate with Model Governance teams to follow established change management procedures
What we’re looking for
Must-haves :
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative major
- 6 Years’ experience that aligns with the responsibilities for this position
- FSA designation or ASA designation with additional years of actuarial experience

The pay range for this position is $90,300 - $164,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
