What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consultant, Premier Partner Program Mgmt position at Lincoln Financial Group?
What you'll be doing
- Serving as a lead resource on the Premier Partners program to members and key internal stakeholders.
- Setting priorities and timelines and leading work effectively with internal partners across all areas of the organization to implement Premier Partners initiatives in agreed upon timeframes.
- Utilizing advanced excel skills to develop and manage of all aspects of reporting for the Premier Partners program.
- Building and maintaining relationships with channel staff, senior leaders, and overall sales teams to maintain open communication regarding current and prospective partner opportunities.
- Managing and supporting the execution of Premier Partners program benefits ensuring benefits are calculated and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Leading, creating and delivering presentations to Premier Partners stakeholders and members.
- Leading and coordinating meetings and webinars subject to Premier Partners Program.
- Effectively serving as a subject matter expert for all Premier Partners related questions.
- Responding to all inquiries received on our dedicated phone line or inbox with timely and outstanding customer service.
- Supporting manager with strategic initiatives.
- Attending and presenting at conferences as needed.

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
