The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Director of Implementation to join our Retirement Administration & Client Services Team supporting Workplace Solutions in a remote environment.
Background Details
As a Director of Implementation, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the department, division, and enterprise vision for the small business team. You will direct and oversee the building, enhancement, and maintenance of complex implementation plans and ensure that clients’ overall service requirements are satisfied.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, in partnership with the leadership team, and provide input for improvement to the small market new business implementation organization.
- Directly impact how the team is best positioned to support Operations & Sales teams as well as advisors, consultants, and TPA firms.
- Empower the team to proactively challenge daily processes and provide training and development opportunities.
- Evaluate individual / team performance and take appropriate actions to meet and / or exceed performance standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as a point of escalation for complex implementation solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with contacts at client organizations to ensure service requirements are satisfied.
- Stay up to date on current and emerging developments / trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility.

What’s in it for you :
The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including work experience, education, location, and qualifications required for the role.
