The Role at a Glance
This position will lead the design and reimagination of dashboard capabilities on the Actuarial Data Solutions team. S / he will partner with stakeholders to develop new data & analytics solutions using cutting-edge tools to improve business insights.

- Partner with stakeholders to understand data & analytics needs
- Translate business requests into technical requirements
- Upskill team members with emerging technology tools
- Solutions architect
- Design solutions to enhance reporting and analytic capabilities
- Centralize and standardize data from various sources
- Demonstrate new capabilities of the solution with proof-of-concept builds
- Reimagine current state analytics with new insightful storyboards
- Enable team members to fully leverage data solutions and dashboard capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate through various designs
- Increase transparency, efficiency, and governance of deliverables

What’s in it for you :
The pay range for this position is $90,300 - $164,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
