What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pricing and Reporting Consultant (Retirement Plan Services) position at Lincoln Financial Group?
What you'll be doing
- Reporting – Provide support for comprehensive reporting of sold business including key financial metrics to corporate stakeholders and RPS management, identifying ways to streamline processes and provide insight into key business trends and market risks
- Ad hoc projects – Support the business by identifying trends, analyzing financial results, and employing automation concepts to help meet the business’s long-term strategic goals
- Pricing – Perform pricing analysis for retirement plans and stable value products; Contribute to the design, build, modification, and review of modeling tools, present results to team members and business stakeholders
- Risk – Analyze various risk management strategies, changes in investment strategies, and the benefits and limitations of hedging strategies on product risk and profitability
- Product – Support the design of new product features, market positioning and adjacent businesses considering capital and profit implications. Develop presentations, training materials, marketing pieces and other documentation for internal and external use
- Operations – Provide administrative support for various product initiatives, maintaining strict controls and limiting operational risk

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
