What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Business Coordinator (Hartford CT) position at Lincoln Financial Group?
What you'll be doing
- Support proactive channel & territory efforts as needed to execute on channel strategy & business plans, segmentation, and other routine tasks and responsibilities.
- Channel Marketing and Campaign Management and Maintenance
o Execute email marketing campaigns on behalf of wholesalers
o Support all elements of wholesaler marketing campaigns, including Salesforce campaign list updates / creation following established standards, identifying and maintaining contacts, and creating wholesaler specific reports when needed.
o Partner with assigned sales contacts to execute email follow ups
o Contact Management Support, Clean up & Maintenance in Salesforce
o Manage channel and / or wholesaler in person & virtual events including but not limited to : managing virtual event platforms, recordings / content, securing venues, compliance approvals, invitations, and assisting wholesalers with attendee follow ups.
o Run campaign reports, reconcile attendee lists, research differences, and clean up data in Salesforce as identified
o Managing open system / contact requests submitted by the business, including validating completed items and tracking completion on outstanding requests
o Order gifts and promotional items in support of channel initiatives
o Ad hoc channel and sales initiative support

The pay range for this position is $ - $;with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
