What You'll Do
Inspire & Lead : Manage a team of RNs, LPNs, Unit Clerks, and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care .
Build & Develop : Oversee hiring, training, and mentorship to create a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Connect & Collaborate : Establish strong partnerships with local agencies, legal systems, and community organizations to enhance services.
Enhance Patient Outcomes : Provide clinical consultation and ensure evidence-based, recovery-focused care .
Manage & Optimize : Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educate & Train : Implement training programs on trauma-informed care, substance use disorder treatment, and best practices .
What We're Looking For
5 years of supervisory / management experience in healthcare, addiction recovery, or a related field .
Expertise in substance use disorder, addiction treatment, and working with high-risk populations .
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to oversee a large, multi-building campus .
Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based recovery practices .
A passion for patient advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement .
