Compensation : $18.00-$20.00
PRINCIPAL DUTIES :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls; manage correspondence via email and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
