What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead complex tax projects while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
✅ Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate tax return preparation and review.
✅ Advise clients on advanced tax and estate planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
✅ Collaborate with leadership on advisory services, billing, and work-in-progress analysis.
✅ Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial data.
✅ Develop & mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
✅ Innovate & improve tax processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
✅ Adapt & excel during peak tax season with a flexible, can-do attitude.
What You Bring to the Table:
🔹 Proven leadership in client management and business development.
🔹 Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.
🔹 Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online & Desktop.
🔹 Solid knowledge of GAAP and Tax Basis Accounting (Cash & Accrual).
🔹 Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.
🔹 Experience: 3-5 years of progressive tax planning, compliance, and advisory experience in a CPA firm or similar setting.
