We are a boutique brokerage based in Albany, New York, specializing in multi-family and investment properties throughout the Capital Region. Currently, we manage 15 historic brownstones in the Center Square area, totaling 60 apartments, and are actively expanding.
To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive and resourceful leader who can efficiently manage job completion, delegate tasks, and uphold high operational standards across all properties.
The ideal candidate will play an integral role in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring top-quality service. Please note: This is not an office-based managerial role—most days will require you to be in the field, actively working alongside the team to complete maintenance tasks, inspect vendor work, and ensure quality standards are met. We need someone with their own tools who is ready to roll up their sleeves and take a hands-on approach to getting the job done. We have a lot of work.
