Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, the Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service, directing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression of the dealership.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments for sales and service departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry).
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic customer inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
- Support dealership events and promotional activities when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (automotive dealership experience is preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Working Conditions:
- Standard business hours; some evening or weekend shifts may be required.
- Primarily indoors in a professional office/showroom environment.
- Occasional standing or walking to assist customers.
