Description

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Must have the physical ability to climb ladders and lift/move heavy objects up to 75 pounds
- Must be knowledgeable of the proper labeling of cleaning supplies and use of cleaning equipment and hand tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills

$17/hour plus excellent benefits.
The LIU offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, including:
