Duties & Responsibilities :
The Senior Talent Business Coordinator position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. Lincoln is seeking a Senior Talent Business Coordinator to join the organization to serve as a liaison between the firm's Talent team and designated business units.
Based in Chicago, Illinois, the Senior Talent Business Coordinator will be accountable for interfacing with the Talent team to support talent-related needs within their designated business unit(s), including staffing and staff planning; onboarding and training; performance management; employee engagement and events; and other duties as assigned. More specifically, we envision the Senior Talent Business Coordinator will be initially tasked with the following with respect to their designated business unit(s) :
- Support staffing and staff planning, including monitoring staff levels, tracking promotions and departures
Monitor staffing ratios based on current staff levels
Collaborate with the firm's Talent team and Talent Business Partner to assist with new joiner onboarding logistics
Assist in the execution of performance management processes within the business unit(s), including review meeting scheduling, review meeting participant assignments and preparation of review meeting materials
Conduct regular meetings with Talent Business Partner to provide group-related updates, and consult with Business Unit Leaders on HR guidance when appropriate
We anticipate this role will evolve as the Senior Talent Business Coordinator collaborates with the Talent Business Partners to determine how to best serve their designated business unit(s) and the broader organization.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
