Familiarity with software systems such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft Office is also desired.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues
- Scheduling client appointments and preparing paperwork
- Documenting client interactions using our CRM system
- Assisting with open enrollment meetings and monitoring incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining a clean and orderly office environment
