$18-20/hour - non-experienced crew members

$20-23/hour - experienced landscape/hardscape crew members

$21-30/hour - skilled landscape/hardscape foremen with proven experience

Schedule:

During our busy season:

Monday through Friday, typically 7a-5p, or when the job has completed for the day. Overtime hours may be required during season. This is usually March-October, but varies based on the weather.

During the winter:

We carry all crew members through winter who we expect back next season. 40 hours a week on odd jobs/projects around the shop and any subcontract work we may find. Snow removal including shoveling and/or plowing is completed based on the weather. This is usually November-February, but varies based on the weather.

Job Description:

Lincoln Landscaping Company is hiring for landscape installation crew members to start immediately, no experience needed. We are always looking for experienced landscape foremen, pay for these positions is based on experience.

The right candidate for this job is responsible and motivated. Projects may include mulch, plant and sod installation, landscape and plant maintenance, installation of edging, pavers, and retaining walls. Because we provide a number of services, flexibility and willingness to learn are important qualities to have in this role.

We like to promote within, starting as a crew member and learning the trade will put you in a good position to move up to a foreman running your own crew and earn more.

Additional Foremen responsibilities:

- Communicate well with customers, designers, and crew members

- Manage work site by leading, teaching and organizing crew members

- Track time and materials used for each job

- Be the face and voice of the company at each jobsite with a great attitude, professional appearance and demeanor are required

Qualifications:

Required:

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Be comfortable working in awkward positions (on knees and/or bent at knees) for several hours at a time and/or walking over rough, uneven terrain

- Flexibility and willingness to learn

- Ability to perform physical labor, outdoors, 5 days per week, regardless of the temperature

- Motivated and hard-working with good attendance and a positive attitude

- Foremen: 1-3 years landscape/hardscape installation

Preferred:

- Valid Driver’s License

- Landscape/Hardscape installation experience

- Licensed Arborist

- Foremen: Previous experience leading a crew
