We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in financial and administrative operations. Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily business office operations, including billing for Medicare MediCal and HMO, and accounts receivable
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership to support overall facility operations Requirements :
- Previous (2) years experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility required.
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and financial management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer :
