Job Duties for a Financial Coordinator Accounts Receivable AR :

Billing Medicare, NJ Medicaid and HMOs on a monthly basis

Preparation for Accounts Receivable Reviews, researching payment denials, correcting and appealing claims for payment

Prepare Bank Deposits, Send Medical Record Request and Check Payments

Bill Private Pay

Send Medical Record Request and Check Payments

End of month A / R Reconciliation

Patient inquiries about invoices

Track and Post Amenities

Submit paperwork to insurance, Follow - up with bills.
