Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated PT RVT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess a strong desire to assist in providing top-notch veterinary services.

**** Candidate MUST have an active Registered Veterinary Technician license to be considered for this position.

****A minimum of 1 year experience working in a veterinary hospital is required.

****Must be comfortable speaking with clients & assisting with receptionist duties when required.

Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during exams, preparing estimates, discussing treatment plans with clients & performing the services for each patient.

- Must have experience monitoring anesthesia & assisting with all surgical procedures.
- Must be proficient with IV catheter placement & venipuncture
- Provide compassionate pet care and support to animals and their owners
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the veterinary clinic
- Handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
- Assist with dental procedures and post-operative care
- Utilize aseptic techniques in handling medical instruments

Skills
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology and procedures
- Experience with veterinary critical care and emergency protocols
- Familiarity with laboratory operations and sample collection
- Ability to apply aseptic techniques effectively
- Experience with Neo software a plus

- Strong customer service experience a must.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
