We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
Assist with New Hire Orientations.
Support employees with benefits inquiries, claim issues, and plan changes, including the 401(k) Retirement Plan.
Process Qualifying Life Events in HRIS.
Manage benefits invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
Assist with the development and implementation of benefit communication strategies, programs, and policies.
Support annual Open Enrollment processes.
Administer Leaves of Absence in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
Support company wellness initiatives.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in an analyst role.
Strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and applicable federal and state regulations.
Knowledge of Leave of Absence management and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits software, with a preference for experience in Dayforce.
