We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Property & Construction Manager to oversee a portfolio of light industrial properties and distribution centers. This role requires an independent, proactive professional who can take full ownership of property and construction management functions, ensuring operational excellence and strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in tenant and capital improvement projects, light accounting (AP / AR), client management, and familiarity with property management systems like MRI or Yardi. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone ready to lead and drive success without frequent oversight.
Responsibilities :
Property Management :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial and manufacturing facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance oversight, and service agreements.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
- Monitor and manage lease agreements, including renewals, expirations, and tenant obligations.
