Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to administrators and staff, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating meetings.
- Communicate with parents, staff, and external agencies, using excellent customer service skills.
- Manage electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the transition of student special education records in and out of the district.
- Coordinate outreach to out-of-district schools, private schools, and home school parents.
- Assist with data collection and analysis, creating systems and reports as needed.
- High school graduate, some college preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to interact effectively with staff, parents, and the public, using excellent customer service skills.
