What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator, Elementary (PreK-5) Assistant Principal Applicant Pool, 2025-26 position at Lincoln Public Schools?
The assistant principal will share in the total range of administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to, classified and certified staff appraisals, school improvement, supervision, and MTSS A/B for an effective instructional program in a positive and supportive learning environment assuring the academic achievement of all students in a comprehensive elementary school (PreK-5) in a diverse urban setting.
Candidates must have knowledge of Special Education, Early Childhood, and ELL programming.
- Must qualify for, or hold, Nebraska Administrative certificate.
- Demonstrated successful administrative or leadership experience required, with a commitment to working in a culturally responsive learning environment.
- Position to begin July 2025.
