Job Description
Facilities CAD Technician, 260 days, 8 hrs/day
The Operations Department is seeking a Facilities CAD Technician who can perform a variety of drafting duties in connection with the preparation of working designs and drawings while supporting district-wide programs. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining blueprints, specifications, construction documents, and related operational documents for District properties. The applicant must have knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, BIM (Building Information Modeling), Microsoft Windows and Office, and Google Workspace apps. A valid Nebraska driver's license and good communication skills are necessary.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Salary Range: (Hourly pay rate to be discussed, based on credentials and experience)
This position is subject to a veterans preference.
