Schedule: 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday-Saturday

Role Summary: Housekeeping is vital to ensuring a clean, orderly, and attractive facility, including client rooms, and common areas. Housekeeper works closely with and under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- To maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable environment for employees and clients.
- Maintain a fresh and clean environment through floor care, dusting, cleaning windows, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Make up beds and change linens as required and sanitize mattresses with sanitizing spray.
- Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry as scheduled or requested.
- Operate mechanized cleaning equipment.
- Maintain and inspect all cleaning equipment and materials, ensuring proper storage in a safe and secure location.
- Monitor and report necessary repairs and replacements.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Inventory checks and restocking requests of all supplies
- Adhere strictly to rules and company- practices regarding health and safety.
- Follows HIPAA Regulations.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a janitorial or housekeeper.
- Preferred candidates should be able to work well within a team and independently, effective communication skills, time management, ability to problem solve, and strong professional boundaries.
- Preferred candidate must be sensitive to religious, ethnic, and cultural differences.
- Possess knowledge of HIIPAA.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dependable Transportation
- Minimum 18 years old
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification or willing to obtain
- Must successfully complete Background Check, Drug Screen, and TB Test
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform the essential functions of the job which includes standing for long periods, walking for extended periods, climbing up and down stairs, lifting up to 20 lbs., and working in an outside environment in varying weather conditions.
