The Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical operations of Lincoln Recovery’s Detoxification, Residential, and Therapeutic Programs. This role involves supervising clinical team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing direct client services such as therapy, case management, and group facilitation. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining program compliance with state regulations, leading clinical supervision meetings, and managing staff performance. Supervise and support clinical staff, including clinical supervisors, therapists, addiction counselors, and group facilitators.
- Provide direct clinical services, including individual therapy and group facilitation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Joint Commission standards, and agency policies.
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to team members and interns.
- Conduct daily audits, including clinical and medical records, to ensure quality care, compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
- Review and sign clinical documentation daily in the EMR system for team members requiring supervision.
- Collaborates with the Operations and Medical Departments to ensure client needs are met, support effective communication, and enhance overall facility operations.
- Facilitate, attend, and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to support ongoing growth and team collaboration. Proficiency in managing electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations for behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment programs.
- Master’s degree in related field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Clinical Supervision Credentials
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willing to obtain
