What are the Hours?
We work Monday – Friday from 7:45AM – 5:30PM with up to a 1-hour lunch. We believe our employee’s weekends should be open to spend time with family and friends, that is why we are not open on the weekend.
Responsibilities/Expectations
- Answering phone with a high level of customer service.
- Making appointments and accurately documenting the customer's concern.
- Giving safe efficient customer rides while being able to carry-on a pleasant conversation.
- Perform Quality Control procedure on repaired vehicles.
- Housekeeping of office and shop as needed.
- Safely able to drive vehicles and back-in parking.
Requirements
- Valid Driver License
- Clean driving record (we must be able to have you on our company insurance.)
- Must be able to prioritize tasks.
- This position is customer-facing, so individual must be presentable per Lincoln Repair standards.
- Must be able to Daily, Weekly, Monthly tasks consistently.
- Willing to learn how to use a torque wrench.
- Must be physically able to look under vehicles, torque wheels, lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for 8 hours per day.
