What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Supervisor position at Lincoln Residential Center?
Responsibility for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the kitchen, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Corporate/Facility policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietary Manager, to ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided at all times.
Must have at least 6 months of Kitchen Managment experience.
